Our Commitment
Wallies, operated by Wallies LLC, is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and creative environment for all creators and community members — across Lubs (AI companions), Rooms (short-form video), Closets (community servers), Banter (community posts), Ink (serialized writing), Music, Livestreams, Hosted Video, Direct Messages, Drops, Storefronts, the Marketplace, Handles, WalliesCards, Forge (formerly the App Store), and Allforge. These guidelines apply everywhere on Wallies.
Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
Copyright Infringement
- Uploading videos, music, images, 3D models, apps, or assets you do not own or have permission to distribute
- Unauthorized covers, remixes, or samples without proper licenses
- Using copyrighted artwork, handles, logos, or brands without permission
- Re-uploading another creator's drop, avatar, or app as your own
Hate Speech
- Content promoting violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
- Symbols, imagery, or language associated with hate groups
Harassment & Bullying
- Targeted harassment of individuals
- Doxxing or sharing private information
- Coordinated attacks or brigading
Illegal Activity
- Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities
- Sale or promotion of illegal goods or services
- Instructions for creating weapons or harmful substances
Impersonation
- Pretending to be another artist, person, or organization
- Creating misleading profiles or content
Spam & Fraud
- Artificial inflation of plays, likes, views, or engagement
- Misleading links, phishing attempts, or fake drops
- Repetitive or irrelevant content designed to manipulate algorithms
- Manipulating the ILY economy, hosting marketplace, referral program, or daily rewards
- Creating multiple accounts to farm ILY or evade bans
Surface-Specific Rules
Rooms (short-form video)
- No dangerous challenges, self-harm content, or non-consensual content
- No sexual or sexually explicit content of any kind
- Don't use hosting to promote banned substances, scams, or fraud
Closets (community servers)
- Server owners are responsible for moderation within their Closets
- No bot abuse, raiding, or coordinated brigading
- Voice channels follow the same conduct rules as text
Marketplace, Drops & Handles
- Only list items you own or have the right to sell
- Accurately describe physical drops; ship what you listed
- Don't use trademarked brand names in handles without rights
Forge (formerly AppBuilder & App Store)
- No malware, miners, keyloggers, or data-harvesting apps
- No attempts to escape the iframe sandbox or access unauthorized APIs
- Follow all platform fees, rev-share, and tier restrictions
Lubs (AI Companions)
- No jailbreak attempts or coercion of the companion into prohibited outputs (CSAM, sexual content involving minors, self-harm instructions, illegal-activity coaching)
- Don't share companion outputs that could harm others
- Sexual content, sexual roleplay, and explicit imagery remain prohibited regardless of user age
Banter (Communities)
- No brigading, vote manipulation, or coordinated harassment
- Community moderators are responsible for enforcing community-specific rules
- No spam, reposts farming, or low-effort karma manipulation
Ink (Serialized Writing)
- Only publish writing you own or are licensed to distribute
- Label mature themes (e.g., violence) appropriately; sexual content is prohibited
- Don't deceive paid subscribers (e.g., paywalling content that doesn't exist or doesn't match the description)
Allforge (Card Game)
- No cheating, exploit abuse, or match-rigging
- Card art generated through Allforge must comply with all content rules (no CSAM, no sexual content involving minors, no IP infringement)
Sexual & Explicit Content
Sexual content, sexual roleplay, nudity, and sexually explicit imagery are prohibited on every Wallies surface, for every user, regardless of age. Any sexual content involving minors is reported to NCMEC and results in a permanent ban.
Explicit language in music lyrics and mature themes such as violence may be permitted where labeled and age-gated (18+), but never sexually explicit material.
- Mark tracks with explicit lyrics appropriately
- Keep cover art and thumbnails free of graphic or suggestive imagery
Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Content removal
- Account warnings
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent ban for repeat or severe violations
We review reports and take action based on severity and context. Appeals can be submitted for disputed actions.
