Prohibited Content
You may NOT use Wallies to create, post, store, sell, or share:
🚫 Illegal Content
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Content promoting terrorism or violence
- Illegal drug trafficking or sales
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Identity theft or fraud
🚫 Harmful Content
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Self-harm or suicide promotion
- Graphic violence or gore
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Sexual content, sexual roleplay, or sexually explicit imagery (prohibited for all users)
- Doxxing or privacy violations
🚫 Abusive Behavior
- Attempting to jailbreak or manipulate AI
- Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or farm ILY
- Automated scraping, bots, or data harvesting
- Reverse engineering, hacking, or bypassing iframe sandboxes
- Spam or unsolicited advertising in Rooms, Closets, Banter, Ink, Music, DMs, or anywhere else on the platform
- Manipulating the ILY economy, referral program, rewards, WalliesCards, or hosting marketplace
- Uploading malware, obfuscated code, or harmful payloads to Forge (formerly AppBuilder / App Store) or the Marketplace
Content Guidelines for AI Interactions
When interacting with your AI companion:
- Be respectful and ethical in your prompts
- Do not attempt to generate harmful or illegal content
- Do not use the AI to impersonate real individuals
- Do not share outputs that could harm others
Enforcement & Consequences
Violations may result in:
- Content removal
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Legal action and cooperation with law enforcement
Reporting: If you encounter content that violates this policy, report it immediately to safety@wallies.com
Age-Appropriate Content
Users under 18 are subject to additional restrictions. Mature themes (e.g., violence, explicit language) are restricted for minor accounts, and sexual content is prohibited for everyone. We employ automated filters but parents/guardians should monitor usage.
Marketplace Creator Requirements
When uploading assets to the marketplace, creators must ensure:
- All content is original or properly licensed
- Assets are free from malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Content meets technical quality standards
- No infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
- Assets function as described and are fit for intended purpose
Platform Responsibility: While Wallies LLC employs security scanning and moderation, creators are solely responsible for the content they upload. Wallies LLC is not liable for creator content issues, including defects, malware, or IP infringement.
Platform Disclaimers
User-generated content is provided "AS IS" without warranties. Wallies LLC does not guarantee:
- Functionality, compatibility, or performance of marketplace assets
- Absence of viruses or malware (despite security scanning)
- Accuracy or quality of AI-generated responses
- Uninterrupted availability of services
- That third-party services (payment processors, etc.) will function without error
