Our Commitment

Wallies LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities across every surface of Wallies — Rooms, Closets, Handles, Drops, Marketplace, Music, Livestreams, AI companions, and Forge. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.

Current Status: Partially Conformant - Some parts of the content do not fully conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We are actively working to address these issues.

A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT®) / Accessibility Conformance Report is available on request for enterprise and public-sector customers at accessibility@wallies.com.

Accessibility Features

  • Keyboard navigation support throughout the interface
  • Screen reader compatibility (tested with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
  • Alternative text for images and icons
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios (WCAG AA compliant)
  • Resizable text without loss of content or functionality
  • Focus indicators for interactive elements
  • Voice input support for AI interactions
  • Captions and transcripts for audio content

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some limitations may exist:

  • 3D avatar rendering may not be fully accessible to screen reader users
  • Some third-party integrations (Ready Player Me) have limited accessibility
  • Complex animations may be distracting for some users (can be disabled in settings)

We are working to address these limitations in future updates.
