Allforge Terms of Service

These Allforge Terms supplement the Wallies Terms of Service and apply to the Allforge trading card game, including booster packs, the card marketplace, board skins, starter decks, and ranked play. By purchasing, opening, collecting, trading, or playing Allforge items you agree to these terms. Where they conflict with the general Terms, these Allforge Terms control for Allforge features.

Booster Packs & Randomized Items

• Booster packs contain a randomized selection of cards. The odds of receiving each card grade and foil treatment are disclosed in-app before purchase (tap “View Pack Odds” on any pack).
• Card grades, foil treatments, and alternate-art outcomes are determined by a cryptographically secure random generator on our servers at the time of purchase. The result is committed when the pack is purchased and revealed when you open it.
• We do not guarantee that any pack will contain any specific card, grade, foil, or Singular. Pull rates are subject to change for future pack releases; the rates shown apply to packs as sold.

Virtual Items & No Cash Value

• Allforge cards, packs, board skins, and ILY are virtual items licensed to you for use within Wallies. They are not your property, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
• We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable (except via the in-app marketplace), revocable license to use these items.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Allforge item or feature at any time. Cards from retired sets remain playable unless banned.

Marketplace

• The Allforge marketplace lets eligible users list and buy cards, sealed packs, and board skins for ILY. A platform fee applies to each sale and is shown before you confirm.
• Starter-deck cards are non-tradable and cannot be listed. Free and default board skins cannot be resold.
• Listings lock the underlying item while active. You are responsible for your listing prices. All sales are final once completed.
• Trading Allforge items for real money or anything of value outside the in-app marketplace is prohibited and may result in suspension.

Singular (1/1) Cards

Certain cards are “Singular” — exactly one copy exists. Ownership and provenance are recorded on a mint ledger. Only one account may own a given Singular at a time; ownership transfers only through a completed marketplace sale.

Refunds & Chargebacks

• Pack purchases are final. Because contents are randomized and revealed on opening, opened packs are not refundable.
• If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may revoke the items acquired with that payment — including cards minted from affected packs — and adjust balances accordingly.

Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting bugs, automation, or scripts to obtain items or advantage;
• Manipulating pack odds, the marketplace, or matchmaking;
• Real-money trading of items outside the in-app marketplace;
• Account sharing or buying/selling accounts to circumvent these terms.

Age & Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age in the Wallies Terms to purchase or trade Allforge items. Randomized purchases may be restricted or unavailable in certain jurisdictions; we may limit availability to comply with applicable law.

Enforcement & Changes

We may remove items, reverse transactions, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or applicable law. We may update these Allforge Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
